How it works
Add your exercises
Search 100+ exercises with autocomplete, or type your own. The coverage chart shows which muscles your sheet trains.
Set up your sheet
Choose sets and reps, then pick a layout: track many gym visits on one landscape page, or log one session in detail.
Print and go
Print a clean, ink-friendly sheet, clip it to a clipboard, and train phone-free. Your workout stays saved in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Is Print a Workout free?
Yes. Everything is free with no account, no signup, and no paywall. If it helps you, you can buy the creator a coffee.
How do I make a printable workout sheet?
Open the builder, add exercises with sets and reps, pick a layout, and hit print. It takes about a minute for a typical workout.
Can I track multiple gym sessions on one sheet?
Yes. The multi-session layout gives each exercise a row and each gym visit a column, so one printed page tracks weeks of the same workout.
Can I use my own exercises?
Yes. Type any exercise name and it goes on the sheet exactly as written - the built-in catalog is a convenience, not a limit.
Are the preset workout programs actually balanced?
Every program is checked mechanically with our muscle coverage engine: weekly volume per muscle group, push/pull balance, and any deliberate gaps are disclosed on the program page.
Does my workout data leave my browser?
No. Workouts are saved locally in your browser. There is no account and no server storing your training data.
